I am a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and enemy. I desire unconditional love from those I love unconditionally and although I am hard work at times I know that I am worth it. I contribute to the world I live in and lead by example. I am an acquired taste at best, but that is what it is!
I picked up the bass some 20 years ago, initially to help my younger brother TOMMY ALLEN aka TRAFFICKER. Since then I have played in several bands until I had my son Hayden. These days I get to jam when time permits. I am currently working with a drumming group called the Original Hoodies which is an interesting mix of different drums with added bass.
I have my own business INNA-SPIN HOOPS designing and hand making giant hula hoops. I provide workshops and teach dancing with the hoop. I dance latin, egyptian (belly dancing) and most other forms and am a member of Equity Performing Arts.
I am also a qualified Bach Flower Practitioner, that is, I use natural flower essences to treat emotions. So when you "get that feeling", you need "emotional healing"!
I live with my partner, Paul, Drum Runners who is also a musician (percussionist).
