This is the fucking deceit we are fed through the media every fucking day. They play off the increasingly devalued dollar as just a normal occurrence. Then to add injury to insult, they gladly gloat about how you can save money buying their product or service. It's the newest trend in commercialism and it serves two purposes (keep in mind, a majority of the media INCLUDING Yahoo is owned by a VERY small group of billionaires including Rupert Murdoch and Ted Turner): to make us foolishly buy their product of course, but to also continuously alleviate any qualms us public might have over this over-taxation in the form of inflation. You read right, over-taxation in the form of inflation. You see, the reason why everything costs more today isn't because of supply and demand, or because of shortages. It also isn't because of the so-called non-existent "energy crisis" (the US alone owns enough oil fields, including the ones the US STOLEN from Iraq, to sustain the US for another 400 years. We've only been using petroleum for almost 100 years). It's because of inflation, the devaluing of the dollar, and inflation is just another form of taxation. When the PRIVATELY OWNED BANK known as the "Federal" Reserve prints money, it prints it with interest. In other words, in stead of backing money by gold or some other commodity like it should be, the "Federal" Reserve prints it, backs it by nothing, and loans it to us with interest. Now I ask you, HOW FUCKED UP IS THAT!?!?!? After about 90 years of this and the recent "stimulus" package Bush handed out, is it no wonder the dollar keeps getting less and less valuble as the days go on? On top of all this, the oil cartels want us to believe there's a shortage of oil, hence the "energy crisis", and that's why gas prices are up. Well, two lies can be seen automatically. #1: We recently built an oil pipeline through Afghanistan to the Caspian Sea in 2002, which is why we went to war with Afghanistan in the first place. Where's all THAT oil going? #2: We just took over Iraq because Saddam was threatening the US he was going to switch the currency used for his oil trades to the Euro, which would make a lot of bankers displeased with doing business with America. The US bombed him and took his fields. What happened to all of that oil? But here's some other lies you can't see: There are 2 major oil fields in the US, recently discovered, and amongst the largest in the world. One in Alaska, which alone can sustain us for well over 200 years, and one off the Gulf of Mexico. Oil shortage? Also, why did Texaco and other major oil companies make THE HIGHEST QUARTERLY PROFIT (emphasis on the word PROFIT) EVER IN HISTORY, the absolute HIGHEST PROFITS EVER in the last 2 quarters of this year, if we're in a major oil shortage and an "energy crisis"? Why? Because they expect us citizens to be so fucking dumb and naive, so complacent and docile, that we wont even research or read into the subject and find out what's really going on. What's really going on is that this country I unfortunately call my home has sold itself down the river since 1913 to the Rothschilds, the Carnegies, the Rockefellers, and the other 16 banking families that now OWN this country. We are so far in debt, the government is getting desperate, and is willing to help major corporations (including the oil and banking cartels) to lie to us to serve their interests, which include expensively keeping themselves in office, engaging in lucrative and illegal warfare, and of course, maintain the wealth these families have enjoyed on our expense for so many generations. And the ad at the top is just one of the many facets of lies being fed to us, to make us more acceptant of their tampering with our economy. Tampering that hurts us, will drive this country into inevitable economic collapse, and turn our children and our children's children into slaves. You people better fucking wake up, FAST.
