I have 5 songs uploaded and playing on my profile, but when I try to edit or remove them, it it showing that "I dont have any songs or albums added yet".  Please can you advise how I remove them?

Hi, in order to remove your songs from your album please do the fallowing...

 

1) Go to "MY ACCOUNT"

2) Select "MY ITEMS"

3) Select "MANAGE MUSIC"

 

You will then see the options to "EDIT ALBUMS" & "EDIT SONGS"

 

You should be able to delete as you please. If you run into anymore issue thereafter, please let us know. Thanks

Hi Safira, thanks for your reply. 

 

I have done all the steps you say, and once I get into "Edit Albums/Songs", it is showing me that I have NONE uploaded, and yet I have songs playing on my profile!  I am confused by this! 

 

What do you suggest?  Are you able to remove the songs from my profile and then I could start again?

I'M STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUES WITH MY MUSIC PLAYER ALSO.
I WENT TO MY ACCOUNT AND MY ITEMS AND MY MANAGE MY MUSIC.AND IT STILL SAYS NO SONGS ARE THERE.I PUT A TEST SONG ON THERE AND NOW IT'S FLOATING IN VIRUAL SPACE AND DOES NOT SHOW UP ON MY MANAGE MUSIC AND SONGS! THEN I TESTED IT AGAIN WITH THE ORIGINAL NAME OF THE SONG AND THAT WORKED! BUT THE TEST SONG IS ON THERE STILL! AND IS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY ACCOUNT.I ALSO CAN NOT ADD ANY OF MY SONGS THAT ARE OVER 3MIN. LONG...ONLY ONE SONG ON THAT PLAYER @ A TIME.
I JUST WANT THE PLAYER {X} OFF MY PROFILE!
IT WONT GO AWAY...
IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS ON HOW I CAN DELETE THE WHOLE PLAYER OFF MY PROFILE.PLEASE HELP ME*

Hi, for the player to be off the profile page there must be no songs uploaded. However I can delete your song manually and that should remove the player. For everyone else please stay tuned as we conduct and resolve the player
